Beth joined Sonkin • Koberna in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman, Co., LPA. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, construction law, mechanics lien law and financing. She routinely drafts purchase agreements, leases, loan documents and construction contracts for simple and complex transactions and works with her clients to bring each transaction to a close. She also has experience in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, planning and governance.
